The press shnekovy - an ekspeller, a model range Epmprednaznachen for final pressing of forpressovy cake of seeds of oil-containing cultures is also a component of the technological line of production of vegetable oils, methods of double pressing.
Cake of oil-bearing crops, for maintenance of technological parameters of work of a shnekovy press before pressing has to be crushed to a vmolotkovy crusher.
The crushed cake before pressing has to be subjected to moisture thermal treatment. Requirements to the cake entering a shnekovy press have to make: temperature to 120o With, humidity no more than 3 - 3,5%.
The design of a shnekovy press consists of a bed, a reducer of a feeder, a shnekovy shaft, the zeerny cylinder, the conical mechanism and the pallet in which the wrung-out oil gathers.
The oil-containing raw materials which underwent preliminary processing move in the loading bunker, are taken the screw and come to the zeerny drum consisting of separate zeerny cameras. By means of rotation of a shnekovy shaft there is a movement of raw materials via cameras of the zeerny reel. As a result of reduction of free volume of rounds of a shnekovy shaft, in the direction of a raw materials exit, and also reduction of diameter of cameras and gaps of a zeerny drum, there is an increase in pressure of the compressed raw materials. The wrung-out oil passes in gaps between zeer and gathers in the pallet. An exit of the wrung-out raw materials (cake) from a press is regulated by the conical regulator of pressure.
